Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 August 2026
These terms apply to the GDPR Website Compliance Checker and Source Code Review tools, operated by Quortek Technology Solutions ("Quortek", "we", "us"), based in Larnaca, Cyprus. By using either tool or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
An automated, indicative scan of a website or an uploaded codebase, producing a summary shown on screen for free, and a detailed report - available as a PDF - once paid for. This is an automated check, not legal advice, a certified GDPR audit, or a manual security review. Each report includes a section on what the scan structurally cannot check.
2. Payment and delivery
Prices are shown before payment and charged in EUR via Stripe. Reports are generated and made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed - there is no separate fulfillment delay, and no physical item is shipped.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Under EU consumer protection law, purchases of digital content normally come with a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because this service delivers the full report immediately upon payment, by completing a purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the report has been generated and made available to you.
This does not affect your rights where something has genuinely gone wrong on our side - for example, a duplicate charge, a payment taken but no report generated due to a technical fault, or a report that fails to open. Contact info@quortektech.com and we'll investigate and refund where that's the case.
4. Accuracy and limitation of liability
These tools use automated pattern-matching and heuristic checks. Results can include false positives and false negatives, and cannot confirm facts that exist outside of what's publicly visible on a website or present in submitted source code. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quortek is not liable for decisions made based on these reports, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use these tools to scan or upload content you don't have the right to check, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country of residence under EU law.
